3/14/13 + PARTY!

Again, sorry about the late post, I slept in! ^-^
That's a big deal for me, usually I get up at the crack 'o dawn!
Lots of things to post today, so I'm gonna speed through as fast as possible!

For the new item, It's Clover Earmuffs! A returning rare item that you can purchase... in Jam Mart Clothing? That's a little strange. In the previous years I remember Clover Earmuffs always being sold in the Hot CoCoa Hut? Hmm, oh well, I guess It really doesn't matter. :P

'Ol Barn Dens have also returned, one of my favourite dens out of the collection. It's a little pricey, but nothing you can't handle in a few minutes of game-hopping. 

And finally, there are new toys to be won in Phantom Invasion! Is it just me who finds this game extremely difficult? I wish they had difficulty settings or something. Idk... :P

I do love the toys though, they're always so unique and beautiful. 

My favourite has to be that unicorn! It's sooooooo pretty! ^-^

Sorry for the late post, I was really busy today. 

The new item is the giant raccoon plushie, which is surprisingly a non-member item! 

Sadly, it only comes in one color. Wouldn't it be cute if you could adopt a pink one? ^-^

I'm not really a fan of toys, but this little artsy raccoon made me squeal when I saw it! It's so colorful and unique! I just have to get this guy!

Hey guys!
Short update today, just a regular RIM.
Luckily, it's NM, however, it's an underwater only item, and I find that barely anybody goes down there anymore.

The rare ballcap. The colours are unoriginal. Purple has been quite frequent with the RIM's. Oh well. That's Animal Jam now. Pets for Monthly Member Gifts, and new versions of items that nobody likes for RIM's.
To end off, I'll introduce a new segment I'll be doing.... beautiful scenery!

Updates, Non-Members + Rares

Hey guys! I'm so sorry about my inactivity, i've been really busy the past couple of days. But since I'm too lazy to catch up on all the past items, I'm just going to do today's.
Today's returning rare is the clover blanket, located in the Hot CoCoa Hut in Mt. Shiveer.

Fairly-priced, if I do say so myself. And finally, a new post on the Jamaa Journal. I don't usually do posts from there, but I was interested in this specific one. 

The new raccoon plushies! ^-^

I'm a huge plushie addict, and I love it whenever a new animal comes out, because that means I get to collect all the new additions! So far I have them all except for three. But I can't complain, I'm happy with what I've got. :)

I've noticed lately that jammers with memberships are becoming more and more hostile toward non-members, making rude remarks like: "Ugh" or "-.-"

It's also come to my attention that there has become a "non-member stereotype."

apparently, non-members are annoying, un-rare, stupid jammers with absolutely no idea whatsoever how to play the game.

...

Nice. Just nice. 

Just because we choose not to waste our money on meaningless pixels, does not make us "stupid, annoying, and un-rare."

And who cares if a jammer lacks rares? That's not what this website is about! This website was designed for kids to have fun, earn gems, customize their avatars, learn about the world around them, and make new friends. Not to cry like babies over little pixels.

I really wish this would all just go away. 

I'M BACK BABY!

Hey guys! I'm here to announce that after a LONG, LONG, LONG break, I am finally returning to my blog! I'm so sorry for leaving you guys for such a long time, but I needed to take a long break from the computer and live my life. Now I'm going to put it back on pause. Heck, we all need to take some time to escape from the real world every once and awhile to have some fun right? Right!
I am back on Animal Jam, and I'm off the rares! I gave away every single one! I'm so proud I could cry! This was a big step into helping me become less addicted to Animal Jam. I think I'm just going to stick to my blogging and nothing else. A few trades here and there, but that's it. You heard it from me.
You are my witnesses.
A lot of stuff happened while I was gone, and I am very confuzzled. Apparently top hats came back in stores, there's a new famous jammer, Julian2, and there's raccoons?
WOW.
I was like, living under a rock that past few months. But hey, I was with my family having a good time during the holiday season, and that's all I care about.
You'll see me posting more often now, but maybe less often than usual, as I am also juggling my Chicken Smoothie, my YouTube, and my life. I'm heading into the teen world soon and things are becoming more and more stressfull. I am dealing with more homework, more annoying teachers, and more conflict. Things aren't so simple as they used to be.
But Animal Jam is my escape. It's my portal into relaxation, my own world where I can literally be whatever I want to be for an hour or two a day.
Really, if you're on Animal Jam for longer than 3 hours, you've got a problem. That's where I used to be. I was obsessed. I couldn't get myself away from the computer and into the real world. I was scared to grow up and was therefore shutting myself out and into the world of Animal Jam where I could stay a kid forever. But I was missing the point. There are some wonderful things that come with growing up that you cannot experience sitting around the computer all day.
How could getting a spiked collar for your fox hat make you happier than spending quality time with your parents? How could beating your high score on Falling Phantoms make you happier than celebrating your birthday with your friends? It can't. You might think It can, but it can't.
What I'm saying is not to feel guilty and close the computer forever, but to broaden your horizons. To grow up, to really live life.

I haven't really been posting.
Let's just get this straight:
I've just started getting into the Big Grades at school, so homework is every hour on the hour in my spare time.
October is a month for birthdays in my family. (Including mine! ^.^)
I've been going through a bit of a tough time. I'm not going to go through explaining all of that.
Anyways, I'm here to announce that I'm coming back.
Well, at least, I'll post once and a while.
Or everytime I can.
I won't be posting today's new item, but there is a bit to post about.

As soon as I read the post in the Jamaa Journal, I was ecstatic!
As soon as I recieved my "Rare Bunny Hat" from getting to the top, I was fuming.
Even more so when I saw other Jammers pixelized faces light up after getting their Red Worns, Freedom Wings, Freedom Mech, and even Non Member swords.
My only explanation:
They're only giving out the good stuff to the "Ultra Rare" jammers.
Yup.
That's the only reason.
Once again, signs of the real world.
If you don't have a certain thing, don't look a certain way, or have the same skin tone, you're basically treated like dirt.
I find that HORRIBLE.
I am NOT a supporter of this.
This makes me even more determined to quit Animal Jam.
I mean, after all this, who wouldn't?
I bet you even Snowyclaw is going on the edge of extinction!
I can't take it anymore!
Animal Jam is going downhill.
So don't be surprised if I post oneday that I am quitting.
